Casa da Palmeira
Casa da Palmeira

This three bedrooms, two bathroom Villa with pool is very spacious and secluded, situated in beautiful rolling countryside, just two minutes from the village of Corotelo. It makes an ideal spot for exploring the Algarve.
In Corotelo you will find your nearest Coffee shop, mini market and Bar.

The villa consists of a living room with bar, open fire place and T.V. There is a separate dining room leading to a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. The French windows in the sitting room open into a large terrace with panoramic views and overlook the swimming pool. which has a spacious deck furnished with sun beds. Below the pool there is a changing room with shower and toilet. Between the kitchen and the pool there is a barbecue area equipped with sink and running water.

There are two twin bedded rooms (one with bathroom en-suite) and one double room. The three rooms have French windows leading to an attractive secluded terrace.

All rooms in the villa have convector heaters which makes this villa particularly suitable for early and late season lets

The 7000sq m surrounding the villa has been left in a "natural" state with Olive, Almond and Fig and of course Palm trees from which the villa gets its name.

Because of the location of the villa car hire is essential.
