The cobbled drive curls up from the road through rocky
gardens to the front door on the top level. The door opens
onto a large open plan floor consisting of
Kitchen - Lounge and Dining
area
The Kitchen
This has the usual amenities of
Fridge/Freezer - Cooker - Washing Machine etc.
To the right is the large Dining Area and the
spacious, comfortable
Lounge with TV - Video - Radio
Through the lounge is access to the Bathroom
and two double bedrooms

All rooms on the south side of the house have large windows with
panoramic views across the Algarve countryside to the sea
Double doors open from the dining area onto the large covered Patio
and onto (Pic.1) the Barbeque area. The patio is furnished as an outdoor
breakfast room, facing the sea some 20 minutes away.(Pic.1).
An elevated walkway gives
access from the patio to the viewing deck terrace which is excellent for
sunbathing.
Down the steps to the pool area you will find more
accommodation consisting of:
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds Bedroom 4 - Twin Beds - plus bathroom
Along the side of the villa is its own private tennis
court.
Beside the pool is a games room which has a full sized table
tennis table, a
football game table and a wonderful book collection for those relaxing
moments.
You
are near the bustling market town of Loule, the gentle hill town of
Sao Bras and Faro, the capital of the Algarve with its
historic centre. These are
twenty minute drive away as is the delightful "Ilhe De Faro", the least spoiled of
the beaches, refreshingly free of 'do not' signs and, dare we say other
holidaymakers!
ROUTE
DIRECTIONS
On leaving the airport
take the road signposted Faro. Keep straight on (do not take the slip road
to Faro) sign posts will say S.Bras (or Sao.Bras de Alportel ).
When the short stretch of motorway ends you will come don onto the Sao
Bras road.
Keep to this road for approx. 6km. You will pass a sign reading N2 Sao
Bras de Alportel and shortly afterwards a sign to S.Bras de Alportel,
Estoi. Turn right (don't miss this turn or you will be on the IP1
motorway). Carry on this road for just over a kilometre until you see a
Galp petrol station on your right and then pass under the IP1 flyover,
immediately after that look for a road off to the left with a sign
Bordeira 3 km. Turn left here.
This road twists and climbs to Bordeira. Drive through this village and
continue climbing. areful now, after approximately 1km. the sign for
S.Bres de Alportel should be on your right.
You must turn shortly before this
sign.
If you reach the crest of the hill you have gone too far. Turn up
the drive and you will see the sign "Cerro Grande" written on a
stone on the ground.
